About SGXY

From raw land.
Through completion.

Established in 2022, SGXY Construction LLC specializes in developing distinctive glamping and hospitality projects from raw land to completed destination. Our strength is in understanding the entire development process, including site planning, project design, infrastructure coordination, construction planning, and general contracting.

We work closely with architects, engineers, local subcontractors, and suppliers to turn early concepts into practical, buildable projects.

From evaluating how a property should be laid out to coordinating utilities, roads, structures, and interior details, SGXY provides hands-on oversight throughout the development and construction process, helping property owners move from an initial vision to a completed hospitality project.
